Cookie & storage policy

A plain-language inventory of essential storage and optional analytics.

Essential storage

StructCanvas uses an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. Local browser storage keeps recovery copies, interface preferences, privacy choices, onboarding state, and stable client request identifiers. Essential storage is required for security, recovery, and core workspace behavior and is not disabled by the analytics choice.

Optional analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and StructCanvas product-event requests remain off until “Allow analytics” is selected. “Essential only” keeps the application functional without optional measurement. The preference can be reopened from the homepage footer. Product analytics deliberately excludes business prompts, node text, email addresses, names, passwords, and tokens.

Managing storage

Use “Privacy settings” in the homepage footer to change optional analytics. Browser controls can remove stored data, but doing so may sign the user out or remove unsynchronized local recovery copies. Account deletion is available in Account & workspace settings.
